About the walk
I’m setting out on the Four Corners Walk, a challenge to trek the length and breadth of the UK — visiting each corner of the country. This journey isn’t just about the miles; it’s about raising awareness and vital funds for Parkinson’s.
This walk is personal. I’ve seen from personal experience how Parkinson’s affects people and their families, and I want to do something that makes a difference. By taking on this challenge, I hope to support the work of leading Parkinson’s charities and bring more attention to the condition.
Along the way, I’ll be sharing updates, stories, and the generosity of the people who make this possible.

Four Corners Walk Details
The Four Corners Walk is a 1600-mile, 6-month long hiking expedition to the four cardinal extremities of mainland Britain, taking place in spring/summer 2026 and aiming to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson’s disease.
I’ll walk across the country, connecting communities and celebrating our landscapes. This challenge is about determination, visibility, and inspiring positivity in the face of Parkinson’s — while showing the mental health benefits of walking in nature.
